Welcome! I'm really glad you're here.

Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, anxious, depressed, or just a bit lost, reaching out for support is a courageous first step. If you’re reading this, it may mean you’re at a point where life feels difficult to navigate on your own—and that’s okay. Change and healing are both journeys, and sometimes the path is clearer when we take it together.

I believe that healing happens one step at a time, which is why I strive to create a space where you can feel safe, understood, and supported. In our work together, I’ll help you explore the full range of your experiences, from your greatest triumphs to your deepest challenges. No matter the reasons that brought you here, I want you to know you are not alone.

It would be an honor to walk beside you as you navigate your journey toward healing and growth. Together, we’ll work toward the changes you desire, at a pace that feels right for you.

I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals of all ages and backgrounds—teens, adults, and families—both in therapy and through my previous work in nonprofit development. My passion lies in helping clients process trauma, improve relationships, and explore their identity, self-esteem, spirituality, sexuality, and existential questions.
